Returns Policy- Returns are only valid 10 days after receipt of order.

- Invoice details
- Items to be returned
- Reason for return
- Obtain an RA# from Customer Service
We anticipate that you will be satisifed with your shipment. However if for any reason you are not happy with the merchandise received, you may return the merchandise. Please, be aware a 10% restocking fee or a $10 minimum whichever is greater applied . Please, note all any related return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility. The restocking fee does not apply for any orders that were shipped with the wrong merchandise. In order to expedite your credit, please call to receive an Return Authorization (RA#.)
Shortage claims must be made within FIVE (5) days after receipt of shipment.
